Axiom Industrial Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Axiom Industrial Software LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us when you visit axiom-industrial-consulting.com or interact with our content.

• Contact form submissions. When you submit a lead form, we collect the name, email, company, role, and message you provide.
• Resource downloads. Some resources are gated and require your email and basic information before download.
• Usage analytics. We track aggregate page views and resource views to understand which content is useful. We hash IP addresses before storing short-lived deduplication records and never store raw IPs.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver requested resources.
• To improve the content and structure of the site.
• To send occasional follow-ups about industrial IT/OT topics, only when you have consented (gated downloads include an explicit opt-in checkbox).

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers we use to operate the site (Firebase / Google Cloud for hosting and data storage, SendGrid for transactional email), and only as needed to deliver the service.

Retention

Lead submissions are retained while we're in contact with you or for as long as required by law. Hashed view-dedup records expire after one hour. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us at contact@axiom-industrial-consulting.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
